Day 1 ~ Arrival & Andalusian atmosphere tasting
Arrival at Malaga Airport, where Jan Gerard welcomes you personally. Via a scenic route, we drive to the white village of Arcos de la Frontera, where the boutique hotel is waiting for you. After a short siesta: a welcome cocktail with views over the valley and a relaxing tapas dinner at a local restaurant. The tone has been set: sun, taste and serenity.
Day 2 ~ First swing & Arabian flavors
between hills and olive groves. In the afternoon, time for rest, a drink by the pool or a walk through the village. The evening is dedicated to the Arab influence on Andalusia, a dinner full of fragrant spices and exciting flavors.
Day 3 ~ Golf & Seville's Magic
We start slowly with breakfast, then head to Jerez de la Frontera to visit Bodega Lustau, one of Spain's oldest sherry houses. During the tour, you will taste various sherries such as Manzanilla, Oloroso, Fino, and Pedro Ximenez.
Then we visit Le Cheval winery near Rota, where we walk through the vineyards and participate in a Paëlla masterclass given by a local chef. Of course, we enjoy this freshly prepared paella together at lunch at the estate.
The day ends with an atmospheric farewell dinner at a local restaurant. Think Jamón Ibérico, chorizo, local olives, olive oil and delicious Moorish tagines. At the end of the evening, Jan Gerard presents a personal gift and a certificate of participation.
Day 4 ~ The ultimate golf day & culinary finale
After a leisurely breakfast, we check out and our private driver takes us to Málaga Airport. With new impressions, inspiration and culinary memories, we'll say goodbye to Andalusia and you'll go home with a heart full of flavor and sun.
